Cubic unit coolers

Cubic unit coolers are most widely used evaporators in cold rooms. Standard Ginyard&Thermowe cubic coolers are using 300/400/500/630mm external rotor fans, inner grooved copper tubes, corrugated fins and AlMg casings. The compact design, low noise, circuit design and high efficiency makes it become the first choice of cold room and refrigerated warehouse.The evaporator is fit for the mid-to high-end and export markets, and applies to freon, brine and natural refrigerant carbon dioxide. 

Dual discharge/Slim type unit coolers

Dual discharge/Slim type unit coolers are widely used in small or medium sized preparation rooms, docks, packaging rooms, platforms, rear replenishment cold rooms or low height cold rooms. Standard  Ginyard&Thermowe dual discharge unit coolers are using 300/400/500mm 6Pole low noise external rotor fans, inner grooved copper tubes, corrugated fins and AlMg casings. The compact design, low noise, low profile and high efficiency makes the longest cold room integrity and working life.

Blast freezers or chillers

Blast freezers or chillers are used in food fast freezing and cooling process. Ginyard&Thermowe blast freezer satisfies the strictest requirements of energy consumption and efficiency. High pressure and low temperature fan motors, inner grooved copper tubes, corrugated fins and SS or AlMg casings adopted ensure highest performance of cold room temperature and food quality. Water defrost unit cooler

Ginyard&Thermowe water defrost unit cooler is regarded as one of the most reliable water defrost evaporator in China market. The unique water distribution system ensures the even distribution of water across the coil and drainage, and the same time, avoiding the icing for low temperature on the middle drain pan between the fans and coil.

Post harvest fresh produce unit cooler is designed for non-packaging fresh fruits, flowers and vegetables cold room or CA rooms. Ginyard&Thermowe carbon dioxide(R744) evaporator is recommended for small, medium and large-scale cold rooms where environmentally friendly refrigerant has to be used.  300/ 400/ 500/ 630 mm external rotor fans are used in this series and direct-expansion type of R744 evaporator is made of thick-wall copper tubes, while pump type of R744 evaporator is made of SS304 tubes. All the series of R744 evaporator is adopting flat or corrugated fin and optimized piping design, featuring high working pressure (80 bars gauge), compact structure, low noise, highly efficiency, high performance, energy saving and longer life.
